Conflict Resolution Academy, LLC is based out of Atlanta Georgia and has been a heavily utilized mediation training organization with over fifty years of experience in the field of alternative dispute resolution. The National Registry was a concept developed by the Conflict Resolution Academy in order to raise the awareness of alternative dispute resolution to the outside world by uniting mediators and facilitators on the national level.

Being approved and listed by a nationally recognized organization, Conflict Resolution Academy's National Registry Number (NRM) will enable you to claim your credentials as a professional mediator and list it on your resume as an ongoing skill set.

Conflict Resolution Academy's National Registry for Mediators will provide a registry card with your NRM information printed on it, a public list of your name, registry number, specialty categories and re-registry due date for all roster members on our registry website.

Conflict Resolution Academy's National Registry for Mediators applications can be completed through this website and those mediators already approved by state or federal programs may be "grand-fathered" in. The Conflict Resolution Academy’s National Registry is designed for ALL mediators, including those already registered with a court system who may find an advantage in having more than one registration. Additionally, mediators not serving in a court system, or those not planning to mediate in the court system, who may not be able to justify the costs associated with renewing Neutral Registration in your state will benefit from this program. Those mediators who want to work in court programs must maintain good standing with the governing body and continue to maintain active status on the required lists under the guidelines set out by the organization.


The cost for the Conflict Resolution Academy’s National Registry is $30.00 for the first year and $25.00 renewal thereafter. Three (3) credit hours for continuing education from any approved training program will be required each year for the CRA National Registry renewal.
